2.  Conference Issues

• Program is in progress and almost complete, good job MP.  The program needs to be to the printer ASAP.  Hanan will make some corrections and send off. 

• Charlie will go over the signage to see what needs to be ordered; will get a vendor map too

• Bill McMurray award will be presented on Wednesday@0830

• Not heard from Hi-Tech; they will not be included as a sponsor

• President’s gift iphone if Charlie can get around the service contract.  If not possibly an itouch.

• Charlie is going to work on the AV contract. 

• 351 registered so far

• Tables for general session and for the party how are they set up.  Need to make sure they have a diagram for the party set up; Lisa H. will contact T & C 

• We ended up with 19 rooms so far. 

• Bag stuffing on Sunday at 1100
