CALNENA Conference Call
November 6, 2008

Michelle Sumner, Hanan Harb, Chris Hinshaw, Charlie Cullen. Lisa Blackburn

1.  Need to send out Prospectus to the Vendors regarding the conference, Charlie will re-send the information to the vendors.

2.  Ballots; Last date for nominations is January 19th

3.  Plant and Positron are planning parties for the conference

4.  Several vendors have signed up for sponsorships; Wrightline, Zetron, Plant 

5.  Keynote speaker is signed up; we will continue to work with Nathan Lee from the Amber Lee foundation in Florida. 

6.  Michelle is going to confirm dates for 2010, vendor hall issues and number of rooms for the breakout sessions at the Hotel. 

7.  Need to pay Town and Country closer to the conference.
